Hi Everyone,
We know that fire is very useful to man. It keeps us warm and helps us cook our food. However, when we lose control of fire, it will destroy humans, houses and everything that is in its way. Hence we know that 'fire is a good servant but a bad master'. In this journal writing, I would like you to reflect on the danger of fire and how we can prevent it. Hi everyone! I just came back from Saudi Arabia. At Saudi Arabia the weather is very very very hot ( Medina and Mecca).

On 15 June 2009 at 6.00 p.m. in the evening my family and I went to the Changi Airport. So first I went to say bye to my relatives and we checked in. So we flew to Bangkok and take THAI Airlines. From Sinagpore to Bangkok, it is 2 hours flight.Then we went to Amman. We took the Royal Jordanian Airlines. It is 9 hours of flight from Bangkok to Amman. We stayed at Amman for half a day while waiting for our flight to Jeddah at 5 pm. The picture on the left was taken outside the Amman hotel. We were on our way to the airport.

We took a Royal Jordanian airline to Jeddah and the flight took 2 hours. When we reached there it was at night. Ustaz Misran picked us up from the airport and we took a rented car and drove for 4 hrs to Medina. We reached Medina at about 1 am. We stayed at Green Palace hotel. The next day we went to Masjid Nabawi. We went to pray inside the Mosque and went to the

Ar-Raudah and give salam to Nabi Muhammad s.a.w , Saiyidina Umar Al-Khattab r.a and Saiyidina Abu Bakar As-Siddik r.a . Then when we finished we went back to the hotel.

The next day we visited Masjid Kuba, Masjid Qiblatayn and the cemetery of those who perished during the Uhud war.

On Friday, 19th June, after Friday prayers, we went to Mecca. We took a van to Mecca. When we reach there was at night like about 7 p.m. The hotel was called Rehab Al-Firdaus. So at night after Isyak prayers we did our first umrah. We went to Tawaf that is we walked around the Ka'abah 7 rounds and we went for sa'i that is up and down between 2 hills Safa and Marwah 7 times. It is very tiring when we went up and down the hill. My family went for 2 more umrahs but I did only one more time as I was sick.

On Tuesday 23rd June we left Mecca at 9 a.m. We went to Jeddah by bus. We went shopping and had lunch at a hotel .Before we had lunch we did our prayers first. It was a buffet lunch and the food is delicious. I ate rice , chicken , salad and other yummy food.

On the way to the airport we stopped by the ( not red)Red Sea. At the red sea we felt very windy.When we reach the airport, we checked in our luggage and took our boarding pass. As it was still early, my family and I rested at the airport mosque while waiting for maghrib prayers. After prayers we cleared immigaration and boarded our Royal Jordanian Airlines to Amman. It took 2 hours.

When we reached Amman we had to wait 3 hours for our flight to Bangkok. I slept at the benches as I was very sleepy. It was after midnight on 24th June. We board the plane at 2 am. We reached Bangkok at 3pm, local time. As the flight to Singapore was 4 hours later, my family and I checked into a day room at the ariport. We slept in the room and took a shower too. AT 7 pm we took a plane back to Singapore. We landed at Changi International Airport at 10.50 pm.

I learnt a lot about mini hajj and the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. I hope to go again one day and my eldest brother , Farhan can follow us too!!!!

Hey everyone I recently went to watch THE HANNAH MONTANA MOVIE!!! WOOTS! Hmm... the show was AWESOME!!! I also loved the song. Some of the titles include: The Climb, The Butterfly, Lets Get CRAZY and Best of Both Worlds.

I went there wif my cousins. They are Zak, Sab, Liy and me!!! I was SUPER SHOCKED when I saw my friend watching!!! SHOCKER!!

Dangerous Wriggels and Dengue Fever

Wriggles are dangerous insect and we can have dengue fever if there is wriggles in our house. We must check if there is any where in our house have the eggs of the wriggles. Like the drain , the BBQ pit and many more to check. If there is any eggs of the wriggles , we have to pay the government. So that is why we have to check it before the wriggels come. The eggs for the wriggels can only breath on water. If eyour house have garden and even have fish , the wriggels egg cannot be born because mabye the fishes can eat the wriggels.
